ABOUT

Tatum Highlands Neighborhood is a beautiful community in North Phoenix surrounded by state trust land.  The community is located between Tatum Boulevard to the east and 40th Street to the west, and north and south of Jomax Road.  There are 1,443 homes in the Tatum Highlands neighborhood built by several builders as one-story and two-story homes with 1,500 to 3,500 square feet. All homes are under the jurisdiction of the City of Phoenix and are conveniently located to shopping, employment, schools, entertainment, and airports. The community surrounds John W. Teets Park owned and maintained by the City of Phoenix. The HOA Corporation was established on 01/14/1994. Trestle Management Company is managing the community. 

John W Teets Park: The large city park is located at 4380 East Ramuda Drive and features large grassy areas, a basketball court, ramadas, playgrounds, fitness stations, walking sidewalks and a sand volleyball court. This is a dog friendly park with stations for clean-up. The park is open from 5:30am to 10:00pm. There are no restroom facilities.

Shopping: Nearby shopping centers include two large centers at the intersection of Deer Valley Road and Tatum Boulevard;  Desert Ridge Marketplace, an outdoor mall with 2 million square feet of retail space, grocers, service station and dozens of restaurants. Next door to Desert Ridge is High Street, a smaller outdoor shopping center with retail, restaurants as well as loft-style residences.

Schools: The Paradise Valley Unified School District serves the Tatum Highlands Neighborhood on the southside of Jomax Road. The schools assigned to this area are Wildfire Elementary School, Explorer Middle School, and Pinnacle High School.  Cave Creek Unified School District serves the community on the northside of Jomax Road:  Horseshoe Trails Elementary School, Sonoran Trail Middle School, and Cactus Shadows High School. All are highly rated schools
