The First Responder Group is open to fire, police, sheriffs, EMTs, dispatchers, crime scene investigators, and veterans and is designed to reduce the stress of those in professions constantly exposed to traumatic events.

The Addiction Recovery Group helps individuals take back control of their lives by learning to "identify and control your urges and build relationships with those most important to you".

The Facebook page and Google page for Hankapi Farms are flooded with reviews from parents of children who faced challenges regulating their emotions and have found success in this positive and enriching atmosphere.

"As a volunteer, I have had the blessing to watch first hand how every person and being that walks through the Hunkapi gates will be provided with the upmost love and care. While the classes and the horse care is of such a high standard, I don’t think people get to see how much effort goes into so the variety of events they host through out the year, the care for the other animals at the farm, and all the appreciation that they give to their volunteers. It truly is a unique and special place." -Kay Lee

A horse and a licensed therapist in an enriching environment is a recipe for success!
