Board President & Architectural Committee Chair
As of today, Spring has sprung here in the Valley of the Sun. The flowers are all abloom. I am continually grateful for the beauty of Tatum Highlands and the friendly neighbors I meet out and about.
And in the theme of the Spring Season, all our committees are abuzz with new ideas for 2023.
On April 1st, another fine Festival was put on by the Social Committee celebrating Spring, family, friends, and fun with an egg hunt to boot. The next Festival is already in the works. We look forward to seeing you there!
The Highlander Newsletter produced its 3rd edition for Tatum Highlands, and the website is growing all the time. Check them out for news, events, meetings and more at www.tatumhighlandsaz.org.
Has everyone noticed the change in our community landscape? What an improvement. SDL and the Landscape Committee have made great strides with overdue maintenance, refreshing the landscape, and our first tree plantings for a very long time. Looking good.
Updates to the Architectural Guidelines are complete. The Committee is currently hard at work updating the plant list with a user-friendly guide of low-water-use plants (see: www.amwua.org/plants), cleaning up the monuments, and more.
It’s that time again. Voting for Board of Directors and Architectural Committee Members is happening soon. The Nominating Committee has been preparing for the Election since the start of the year. Ballots and candidate bios were just mailed out. Vote for your candidate!
Thank you to our HOA Board and Committees for all your hard work and involvement. You continue to make the Tatum Highlands Community a wonderful place to live. If you would like to offer suggestions, get involved, or volunteer, let us know here.
A shout-out to our new Community Manager, Leanne Diliberto. Welcome! We appreciate you and the staff at Trestle Management for all you do.
Thank you, Tatum Highlands Community! It is an honor to serve our community.
Have a Happy Spring and Summer. Enjoy!
