Repair/Replace Trash or Recycle Container

Is your Phoenix Trash or Recycle container in need of repair or replacement?

Is the barrel broken?

Is your barrel missing a lid?

Are the wheels damaged?

The City of Phoenix will service your container at no additional charge.

1. Go to phoenix.gov/publicworks, under What are you looking for?

2. Click: Repair/Replace Container, and Sign-In or Continue as Guest.

On the dropdown menu, select What would you like to do?

3. Click: Request Repair/Replace Container, fill out the form, Review, and Submit.

Please be sure to contact Community Manager Leanne Diliberto, at

ldiliberto@trestlemanagement.com and let her know that you will be leaving a container out because you are expecting service from the City of Phoenix.
